At Rhinebeck Orthodontics, it is our goal to provide you with high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer a variety of payment options to meet your needs. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. We also offer in-house financing in the form of an extended payment plan through the length of treatment with an initial down payment.

Insurance

Many insurance policies offer orthodontic benefits that are distinct from regular dental insurance. If your insurance covers orthodontic treatment, there is normally a lifetime maximum benefit per person. Rhinebeck Orthodontics is not a participating provider with insurance companies, but will assist you in submitting your forms for reimbursement. We ask that you provide our office with a completed and signed dental claim form when the diagnostic records appointment is scheduled. Once treatment is initiated, we will continue to submit claims on your behalf.

Orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.
